This company does not contract their field work out. Rather, they employ a team of Field Agents who visit customers in their homes, throughout New Zealand.
The other Field Agents will each have an assigned territory to work in. This newly created position is to support the work your colleagues do in their territories when they are away on planned leave, or otherwise needing assistance.
As such, you must be available to travel regularly and be confident finding your way around a new town or territory quickly, so you make the best use of your time.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
- Recent collections or credit control experience – preferably with some experience face-to-face with customers
- The ability to ask questions – and to be equally good at listening to a customer’s story, so you know their circumstances well when working out a suitable payment arrangement
- The readiness to negotiate a payment arrangement that is fair – and that leaves the customers wanting to purchase from your company again
