Resulting from ongoing growth, the team are looking for an additional full-time Marketing Coordinator to help support the organisation and to take their marketing to the next level.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote training programmes and engage with prospective students.
Key responsibilities
Campaign development and implementation
Coordination of all social media platforms
Coordinate the development of marketing materials
Develop compelling content for use on the website, newsletters, emails, print articles, and social media
As always with marketing, there is a variety of ad hoc, one-off, and administrative tasks that you would be involved with from time to time
Salary package
Salary plus additional employee benefits:
· Range $65,000 - $75,000 (as per exper)
· Paid Southern Cross membership
· Company shares via dividend
· Paid volunteer leave
The person we’re looking for
This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
Key skills and experience that would help you to both enjoy – and do well in the role – include:
A degree or diploma in Marketing or similar
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience
Familiarity with InDesign would be a plus
Experience with a variety of social media platforms
Excellent written communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Team player who is willing to get stuck in and help the business deliver its ambitions
