The role

Resulting from ongoing growth, the team are looking for an additional full-time Marketing Coordinator to help support the organisation and to take their marketing to the next level.  

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote training programmes and engage with prospective students.

 

Key responsibilities  

  • Campaign development and implementation

  • Coordination of all social media platforms

  • Coordinate the development of marketing materials

  • Develop compelling content for use on the website, newsletters, emails, print articles, and social media

  • As always with marketing, there is a variety of ad hoc, one-off, and administrative tasks that you would be involved with from time to time

Salary package 

Salary plus additional employee benefits:

 ·       Range $65,000 - $75,000 (as per exper)

·       Paid Southern Cross membership

·       Company shares via dividend

·       Paid volunteer leave

 

The person we’re looking for 

This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.  

Key skills and experience that would help you to both enjoy – and do well in the role – include: 

  • A degree or diploma in Marketing or similar

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience

  • Familiarity with InDesign would be a plus

  • Experience with a variety of social media platforms

  • Excellent written communication and teamwork skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Team player who is willing to get stuck in and help the business deliver its ambitions
